Fancy a challenge?

Come with your ideas and pictures. We will start with scale drawings. I will show you how to use them in constructing a small armature, which we will make in wire. Or if you prefer, a ready made armature can be purchased, if organised in advance.

Then we shall be concentrating on identifying the shapes and characteristics of the chosen bird or animal, interpreting them as we weave with willow.

 

Equipment, refreshments and a delicious lunch of homemade soup, home baked bread  and local cheeses will be provided.

Materials will be charged at the end of the workshop based on how much you actually use.

Cost £170, payable upon booking. If the workshop is not able to run you will receive a full refund.

Workshops will run with a minimum of 5 people.
